Project Description

Geheimnis is a KDE application that "wraps" around GnuPG/PGP's irksome command-line interface and makes it easier for users to use these programs. It is made in the style of Win31's PGP Shells that were GUI-based wrappers around PGP2's command line interface.

A fix for a warning with use of tmpnam/mktemp, switching to mkstemp, a fix for a memory leak associated with getSafeTmpName(), a fix for the keyserver option, a fix for a strncat error, fixes to DND events with KDE 2.x, a fix for incorrect subkey type (reported parent key's type, not subkey's type), and a new honor HTTP proxy for GnuPG users.

The project compiles under KDE 2.1 with KDevelop 1.4, and regression testing is beginning to verify that all functions work as they did with KDE 1.x. The license was also changed to LGPL 2.0.
