The GnuGk ACD does automatic call distribution for the Gnu Gatekeeper. It is the first step to a VOIP call-center solution based on GnuGk. Incoming calls are routed to agents based on different distribution algorithms.

This version allows you to choose how to deal with
calls when no agent is available (reject, keep
ringing, send to announcement device). It also
adds priorities to the queues.
Call distribution is now based on aliases, not endpoints, so you can use endpoints with multiple aliases. You can now check the agent status with a browser, and there is better debug output on ACD startup. There are some minor bugfixes.
