kio-mac is a KDE ioslave lets you read an HFS+
partition from konqueror or any other KDE file
dialog. It is a wrapper around the commandline
hfsplus tools.

The source and packages are now properly KDE 3
friendly. Kio-mac is now in KDE's 3.1 CVS, and
future releases will be made as part of KDE.
