This release is part of KDE 3.3, but can be also
installed on KDE 3.2. Changes include improved
HTML rendering, partial KMail look'n'feel, and
long group names are shown as tooltips.
This release includes full support for
non-iso-8859-x charsets, basic PGP/GnuPG support,
full GNKSA compliance, rot13 de-/encoding, a
number of enhancements for the composer,
multi-selection in all listviews, and much more.
