New skins (India, Blue), better protection against huge file transfers and uploads of scams, faster unzipping, better symlink handling, new translations (Arabic, Swedish), a new module for installing software, a cross-site scripting bugfix, and support for Japanese character encoding.

The overall architecture was totally reviewed to use layout templates and to allow easy integration in other PHP applications. Modules were provided for Mambo, Drupal, and Xoops. The code was also been optimized to improve speed.

A Java upload applet was added along with HTML templates. A new GeSHI plugin was added for viewing code with syntax highlighting. New icon sets were included. It is now possible to choose which functions are active or disabled. Logs are now deleted automatically after 14 days. shutdown() was fixed, the code was reviewed for security, the HTTP authentication code was improved, Zip files can now be viewed using Windows XP's file manager, upload-and-untar was fixed, and the copy/move check was fixed.
