"REATTACH" has been added to the configuration file, so that it will reattach to the LDAP server every time a user authenticates. This will solve a problem with some stateful firewalls.
Added some comments, and changed some code in logging.c and the group membership testing functions. The command line option to log to stderr has been changed from -D to -e, and -D binddn and -w bindpasswd were added to support Active Directory.
