An issue related to missing entries in the Catalog has been fixed: thumbnails that have no corresponding entry in the Catalog didn't show in the HTML report.
A bug in the filename of extracted thumbnails was
fixed. This bug occurred when the order of
extraction differed from the order in the Catalog.
This bug prevented correct mapping between the
index number displayed on the standard output (or
HTML report) and the filename of the related
thumbnail.
