Project Description

xSiteable is a complete all-you-need package for creating sites that are fully relational, open source, fully templating-enabled, using only XML-based technologies to help you create complex sites on the fly. It packs such features as topic maps, notation for content, and the fast Sablotron xslt parser.

It is now possible to import XML, XTM, and delimited text files. GraphViz maps of your site may now be created. The documentation was added and revised.

The missing "default" design has been added to the
"default-two-columns.xml" template. Some CSS bugs have been fixed.
The administration tool still only works on a Windows platform. QA on
the admin code has made the tool more robust. BASH scripts have been
added. The undocumented feature "xtm='true'" in a sitemap.xml to
import XTM files is now in place.

A fully flexible ontology was added; xSiteable can now create any type of relations between your topics. Support was added for automatic creation of taxonomies, feeds for various metadata formats such as RSS, RDF, DC, XFTM and XTM, and blogging with archives, topics, and notation. A new design called wireframe was added for information architects.
