理数系の方々でなくても、論文作成が必要な研究者でなくても、TeXはとても 便利で優れた写植ソフトです。

貴重な時間と労力を、本質に注力しようと思えば尚更、WYSIWYG感覚で 編集の出来るTeXのフロントエンドは必須となります。その最も進化し たものの一つがOpenSourceで開発されている LyX です。

それを日本語環境で使いやすいように改善するのが目的です。
