Project Description

This is the site for the development and maintenance of the open source version of Mass++, a program for analyzing and displaying data obtained from mass spectrometers. The development of Mass++ was started in 2006 by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) under the Creative Research for Evolutional Science and Technology (CREST) program, and continued in 2010 by the Cabinet Office's Funding Program for World-Leading Innovative R&D on Science and Technology (FIRST). Since March 2015, Mass++ has been open-sourced, and the source code has been released under the 3-clause BSD license. For more information about the development and maintenance of this open source version of Mass++, please see https://www.mspp.ninja/.
