1. Install Virtual Com port solution. 2. Shared Com1 port. 2. Open Tera Term connection to one port . 3. open Tera Term connection to same port.

Expected Result: two sessions (tabs) are for com 1 port .

Actual Result: only 1 session is open. second session is unable to open, because new connection windows don't display com 1 port in drop down list.

Program cannot open same COM port at same time. We think this is not a bug.
