Details

Mutex の WaitOne() が true を返した場合はその Mutex を Release しなければならないが、それが行われていない。（false を返した場合は何もしないで問題ない。）

これを行わなければ、同一ログインセッションでの二回目以降の起動に支障がでる恐れがある。
