DTXmania viewer crashes in DTXCreator
Fixed in cd39daec25c424d9cd7033368c472c75947734d2.
I don't know why, but DirectShowLib.dll raises the error.
Fortunately it seems we can ignore that error. (although the error occurs, but seek successes) So I ignore it.
Found a root cause and fix it in rev 80fa90fdd2d2c45a56639e6a14775e9e0d4cef3f.
# Minus value is set as a seek position (0x80000000～).
Applied the fix to the release 119. Ticket closed.

In DTXCreator, using DTXMania as a viewer,
Playback DTX data from the end of the song, DTXMania crashes. (Failed IMediaSeeking::SetPositions() by E_INVALIDARG(0x80070057))
