Details

There's currently no way to give an output bonus of specific amount to a city. Ouput_Bonus and Output_Bonus_2 add percentage, so they depend on what the output is already. Tile_Output_Add is subject to number of later modifications, including those of Output_Bonus(_2) percentage changes.

Add a Output_Bonus_Absolute effect type that adds specified amount to the city output, and over which Output_Bonus(_2) is not calculated.
