Ticket Help

The ticket system is designed to let you know the state of problems and subjects relating to the project. Everything, from bug reports to solutions, from plans to implementation, can be managed through the ticket system allowing you to inform people of those things in the shortest time possible. Developers and users are kept updated by email when even one ticket item is updated so everybody can know the latest status of requests and problems.
