xchat_speak is a small Perl script designed to be
used with xchat to act as a bridge between it and
the Festival Speech Synthesis System. Using it
allows you to listen to IRC conversations rather
than just reading them. This turns out to be quite
useful if you want to get on with something else
while IRCing.
