teraterm failed to login to centos-stream-9 with a ssh-rsa pubkey. (ttssh2-users 20) - Tera Term

Hi,

teraterm failed to login to centos-stream-9 with a ssh-rsa pubkey.

ssh-rsa is added to the end of
   HostKeyAlgorithms/PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms/CASignatureAlgorithms
in /etc/crypto-policies/back-ends/opensshserver.config

ssh from linux with this ssh-rsa pubkey is OK.
but failed to login from tereterm
