deal.II is a C++ library supporting the generation of complex adaptive finite element codes. It features locally-refined grids, various scalar and vector-valued finite elements, linear solvers of low and higher order, arbitrary mappings, and support for 1, 2, and 3D computations. It comes with extensive documentation and example programs showing the use of the library for modern finite element programs.

DCVS is a Perl/MySQL CVS server supporting the
pserver protocol. It can import/export RCS files
and has a cvsweb-like interface. It has a
branch-based permissions model with access control
lists, and failed merges produce unidiff patches
(not diff3 output).

CVS History is a Web application for searching the
history of CVS actions. It parses the output of
the CVS history command and imports it into a
MySQL database for ease of manipulation by the PHP
front-end. Its advantage over other CVS history
viewing applications is that it only needs
anonymous CVS access to the repository.

cvsgdiff uses tkdiff or mgdiff to graphically
display diffs between CVS revisions of a file in
your sandbox. It is basically a graphical version
of "cvs diff". If given no arguments, cvsgdiff
will launch the graphical diff program once for
every modified file in the current directory.
