Python Traffic Analyzer is a Python base class and
a sample driver script written to retrieve and
manipulate images from the TrafficLand cameras and
calculate a numeric value representing the current
traffic flow.

ElphelOgm is a command line program that receives
a realtime multicast UDP stream in RTP/MJPEG
format and saves it as JPEGs or in Ogg/MJPEG format with variable framerate. It has a fastidious algorithm with reordering UDP packets and detection of errors and losses.

Bashgallery is a small application to maintain a
simple yet efficient online image gallery.

KRadioRipper is a program for recording Internet radios and other streams. For streams that provide information about the song title, it can split the stream and create a separate file for each track with a corresponding file name and corresponding metadata.

vfp (video for Pascal) is a Freepascal interface to video4linux. This package
contains the unit videodev.pas (similar to videodev.h) and an object-oriented
version which supplies the different functionalities via plugins. vfp also
supports special video cameras modified for long time integration. vfp is a
subpackage of the SImg software.

pvrusb is a Linux driver for the WinTV PVR USB (not the plain WinTV USB), a USB MPEG2 encoder with a TV tuner.

rdc2e is a command line tool that downloads images from a Ricoh RDC-2E digital camera.

The idea behind dvbd is to make maximum use of
your DVB card by allowing multiple channels on the
same frequency to be tuned. It is split into a
daemon (dvbd) and client programs (dvbcat,
dvbsched, and dvblist). It is possible to
associate a priority with a connection to the
daemon, so that (depending on the given priority)
the tuner can be made available by dropping
connections of inferior priority. DVB-T, DVB-S,
and DVB-C are supported. Conditional Access
Modules (CAMs) are not yet supported.

Video 2 1394 Converter driver is a video4linux 2
driver for The Imaging Source's DFG/1394-1 frame
grabber. It supports 25 or 30 frames per second,
PAL/NTSC video sources, and UYVY, Y411, and
monochrome color formats. It requires at least
kernel version 2.5.70 or 2.6.x.

GEM stands for Graphics Environment for Multimedia and is an external (plugin) for the computer music software Pure Data. It adds the ability to do real-time graphics (based on OpenGL) and video processing to Pure Data.

Net-Cam is a free alternative to IP video
surveillance servers. It works with Axis 2100
ethernet cameras.

Eikazo is a frontend to SANE, an application
programming interface that provides standardized
access to many image scanners. It features plugin
mechanisms to support special device features,
image processing, and output modules. Currently
available image processing plugins include
automatic threshold, "dirt removal", and image
rotation. More than one output option can be
enabled.

dabba is a set of distributed network monitoring tools for Linux. Its main use is to gather or scatter actions on a network such as traffic capture, replay, generation, or monitoring. It was inspired by the Dabba Walla system in Mumbai where meals are regrouped and dispatched throughout the city with a high efficiency rate, every day of the year. The project has three main components: libdabba, a low-level zero-copy network library, dabbad, a multi-threaded task manager and IPC query processor, and dabba, a CLI for communicating with dabbad and submitting tasks.

libvisca is a control library for VISCA-compliant
video cameras.
